On an anonymous tip, Black Canary searches an alleged hideout of the horrible Dr. Evil. At first she finds nothing, but a flash of light rips through the room and the evil scientist stands in front of her defiantly. Before she can mount a meaningful attack, the villainous genius uses his mind control device to disable our superheroine.
